Accessibility Statement

Effective August 25, 2026

Conversion Stack LLC ("Conversion Stack," "WebinarStack," "we," "us," or "our") operates the WebinarStack platform at webinarstack.co. This statement describes our approach to digital accessibility and how to reach us if you encounter a barrier.

1. Our Commitment

We want WebinarStack to be usable by as many people as possible, including people who rely on assistive technology. We treat accessibility as ongoing work rather than a one-time project: as we build new features, we look for ways to make them more usable, and we welcome reports that tell us where we have fallen short.

2. Scope of This Statement

This statement covers three surfaces: the marketing site at webinarstack.co, the account dashboard that webinar hosts use to build and manage webinars, and the attendee-facing registration and watch pages that attendees use to sign up for and view a webinar.

3. Conformance Status

Our target standard is WCAG 2.1 Level AA. WebinarStack is partially conformant with that standard: some content and functionality meet it today, and some does not yet. Conformance work is ongoing, and this statement will be updated as it progresses.

4. Measures We Take to Support Accessibility

We take the following measures to support accessibility across the platform:

  • Every page declares its document language.
  • Marketing and legal pages use semantic landmarks and a real heading hierarchy — a single page heading followed by properly nested section and subsection headings.
  • Interactive elements show a visible keyboard focus indicator.
  • Motion is reduced automatically when your operating system asks for reduced motion.
  • Colour is driven by a semantic design token system with both light and dark values, so the interface follows your color-scheme preference rather than forcing one palette.
  • When a host adds an image in our page builder, we ask for descriptive alt text and treat a blank value as decorative rather than silently mislabeling it.
  • Icon-only controls carry an accessible name for screen reader users.
  • Interactive components are built on accessible primitives that ship keyboard and ARIA behavior, rather than raw custom controls.

5. Known Limitations

In the interest of being direct rather than aspirational, here is what we know does not yet meet our target standard:

  • Embedded third-party video players (YouTube, Vimeo) have player chrome supplied by the provider, which is outside our control.
  • Video captions and transcripts are supplied by the host who uploaded the video to the video provider. A webinar whose host supplied none has none.
  • Customer-authored registration and watch page content built in our page builder is subject to the choices of the host who built it — colors, contrast, and alt text are theirs to set. We prompt for good practice but do not enforce it.
  • Timed interactive elements that can appear during playback — chat, polls, and offer overlays — have not all been reviewed against timing-related success criteria.
  • Analytics charts do not all yet have a reviewed non-visual equivalent.
  • Marketing and legal pages do not yet have a skip-navigation link.
  • Accessibility review today is manual and internal; our build pipeline does not run an automated accessibility check.

6. Third-Party and Customer-Authored Content

Video player behavior and host-authored page content are not under our control — they belong to the video provider or to the webinar host, respectively. When a barrier in either is reported to us, we will work with the host to help them remediate it.

7. Feedback and Reporting a Barrier

If you encounter an accessibility barrier anywhere on WebinarStack, please tell us. Include the page URL, what you were trying to do, the barrier you hit, and your browser and assistive technology, with versions if you have them.
